This policy describes which personal data is processed when you visit this website. It covers this website — not the processing inside the RealView platform itself, which is governed by separate agreements with the businesses using it.
The website works without cookies, without tracking and without third-party services. A consent banner is therefore not required.

Hosting
This website runs on our own infrastructure within the European Union. Neither an external hosting provider nor a content delivery network is involved: all content, fonts and stylesheets are served from the same server.
Server log files
Each time a page is requested, the web server writes an entry to a log file. It records the date and time of the request, the address requested, the HTTP status code, the amount of data transferred, the previously visited page (referrer) and the identifier of the browser used.
The IP address is truncated before the entry is written: for IPv4 the last byte is dropped (to /24), for IPv6 the address is reduced to its first 48 bits. A complete IP address is never stored.
The processing serves technical operation, the security of our systems and a statistical evaluation of the requests. That evaluation happens exclusively on the server; no script runs in your browser for it, and no data is stored on or read from your device.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and uninterrupted operation of this website. The logs are deleted after 30 days.
No cookies, no tracking, no third-party services
This website sets no cookies and stores no comparable information on your device. Neither does it read information already stored there. Consent under § 25 TDDDG is therefore not required.
No analytics or tracking services are used, no advertising networks are embedded and no usage profiles are created. Fonts, stylesheets, images and scripts are served from our own server; your browser does not connect to any third-party server when you open this website.
Social media presences and other external offerings are included as ordinary links only. There are no plugins, like buttons, map services or embedded videos. Only when you click such a link do you leave this website; from that point on, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
Contacting us by email
This website shows email addresses and links that open your email program with a prepared subject line. There is no contact form; no input is captured or transmitted on this website.
If you write to us, we process the data you provide — sender address, name and the content of your message — solely in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry aims at concluding or performing a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
We delete this data once your request has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
Recipients and transfers to third countries
Your data is not passed on to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so. No transfer to countries outside the European Union takes place.
Encryption
This website is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connection. The content you request is therefore protected against being read in transit.
Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR), to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
